Terms of Service

By browsing the site, copying a prompt, purchasing access, or otherwise using AIPortraitPrompts, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any terms displayed during checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AIPortraitPrompts provides written prompt recipes, before-and-after examples, customization guidance, and educational content for use with third-party AI image tools. We do not operate or control those AI models, and their separate terms also apply.

Free prompts may be viewed, copied, adapted, and used to create images for personal or commercial projects. Premium prompt text and premium collection materials are available only to customers with an active monthly plan or valid lifetime purchase.

Prices, collection size, compatibility labels, and available features may change. The price and access terms shown at Stripe checkout apply to your order. A purchase grants access to the digital content; it does not transfer ownership of the website, collection, branding, or underlying prompt library.

Access may be delivered through the email address used at checkout, a private access link, or an account feature if one becomes available. You must provide accurate purchase information, keep access links and credentials secure, and promptly contact us if you believe access has been compromised.

Paid access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or used to provide the premium library to another person or organization. We may suspend or revoke access associated with payment reversal, sharing, fraud, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms.

Subject to these Terms and successful payment where required, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to copy and adapt the applicable prompt text and to use images you generate from it in personal work, marketing, editorial projects, products, and client work.

You may not republish, sell, license, scrape, or distribute our prompt text or collection as prompts, templates, a competing library, a dataset, or bundled digital content. You may share or sell your generated images, but you must follow the terms of the AI tool used and obtain permission for every reference photo, likeness, trademark, or other third-party material you supply.

Commercial-use permission covers our rights in the prompt content only. It does not guarantee that an AI-generated output is copyrightable, unique, non-infringing, or cleared under the rules of a model provider or the laws of your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for your prompts, reference images, generated outputs, and the way you publish or use them. You must not use the service to violate law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; impersonate or deceive others; create unlawful or abusive material; bypass access controls; interfere with the site; or conduct automated extraction at an abusive scale.

You must review generated portraits before publication, including faces, hands, text, logos, factual claims, and potentially misleading depictions. You are solely responsible for securing releases and permissions appropriate to your intended use.

AI results vary by model, version, settings, input image, and provider. Examples on this site illustrate an intended direction and do not promise an identical result. Outputs may contain errors, artifacts, bias, unexpected similarities, or material unsuitable for your purpose.

Stripe and third-party AI tools operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, model changes, content decisions, payment systems, or handling of information you send directly to them.

Monthly access renews at the displayed interval until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available through the end of the paid billing period. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription.

Eligible purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Requirements, timing, and the effect of a refund on paid access are described in the Refund Policy.

We may update, correct, add, or remove prompts and site features as the collection evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent support for a particular model. For lifetime customers, we will use reasonable efforts to preserve access to the purchased collection, subject to technical, legal, and operational constraints.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address payment disputes, or enforce these Terms. Provisions concerning licenses, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where their nature requires it.

The service and all prompt content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPortraitPrompts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service, AI outputs, third-party tools, or your use of generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator of AIPortraitPrompts is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through the contact address below.

We may update these Terms when the service, payment options, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from their effective date.
