Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AIPortraitPrompts and our service providers collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective August 20, 2026

Information we collect

Anonymous site analytics. We use Plausible to measure aggregate visits, referral sources, popular pages, device categories, and broad geographic statistics. Plausible is designed to provide this reporting without creating personal profiles or using tracking cookies.

Session and interaction data. Microsoft Clarity may collect page views, clicks, scrolling, navigation patterns, browser and device details, approximate location derived from an IP address, diagnostic information, and session recordings. This helps us find broken layouts and improve how visitors use the site.

Payment information. Stripe collects and processes payment details on its hosted checkout. We may receive your email address, plan, amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and limited billing details needed to deliver access, prevent fraud, handle support, and process refunds. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code.

Communications. If you email us, we collect your email address and the information you include in the message. Purchase and refund support may also require the order email and transaction details needed to locate the payment.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the website, understand aggregate traffic, diagnose usability and technical issues, process purchases and refunds, deliver paid access, respond to questions, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud or misuse, and meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use payment information or support emails to build advertising profiles.

Service providers and sharing

We share information only as needed with providers that support the service: Plausible for privacy-focused analytics, Microsoft Clarity for session analytics, Stripe for checkout and payment processing, and Vercel for website hosting and delivery. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms and may process it in countries other than your own.

We may also preserve or disclose limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights and safety of users, the public, or the service.

Cookies and similar technologies

Plausible is used for aggregate analytics without personal tracking cookies. Microsoft Clarity uses cookies and similar identifiers to connect page interactions into sessions and produce usage insights. Stripe may use necessary cookies on its hosted checkout for security, fraud prevention, and payment completion.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may limit session analytics and may affect features on third-party checkout pages. Browser privacy controls and blocking extensions may also reduce analytics collection.

Retention and security

We retain support messages and order records only as long as reasonably needed to provide access, resolve requests and disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy accounting, tax, or legal requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the settings and policies of the relevant provider.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including hosted payment processing rather than storing card credentials ourselves. No internet service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction or portability of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.

To make a privacy request, email us from the address connected to your purchase or communication. We may ask for limited information to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also contact your local data protection authority where applicable.

Children's privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where local law sets a higher age for independent consent, a parent or legal guardian must provide any required permission.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our service providers, practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
